Common categories
- Workouts or exercise sessions, when your phone or watch records them.
- Active calories / active energy estimates from your device ecosystem.
- Weight entries, if you choose to share them.
- Related fitness metrics requested by HeyOakley and approved by you.
You control permissions
If you do not want a category shared, leave it off in Apple Health or Health Connect permissions. If a metric is missing in HeyOakley, first check whether it appears in Apple Health or Health Connect, then check whether HeyOakley has permission to read it.
